  4.     There have been lots of subtle and non-subtle 
  5. changes in Version 11 of Fido. Sorry, but you will need to
  6. get the new (huge) manual. Almost all changes will not be 
  7. apparent to users; mostly the changes have been sysop 
  8. conveniences, etc.

  10.     One incompatibility: The name of the Fido .EXE file 
  11. is important. Fido runs in overlays, and the program MUST be 
  12. able to access itself to load these overlays.

  14.     You can put the .EXE in the default area, or in a 
  15. set PATH. The names are:

  17.     FIDO_IBM.EXE        IBM version
  18.     FIDO_DEC.EXE        DEC Version
  19.     FIDO_OTR.EXE        Otrona Version
  20.     etc
  21.  
  22.     Fido will complain if the name is wrong. You may 
  23. have to change your batch file, RUNBBS.BAT, to accomodate 
  24. this.
